- monitoring of crops and soils fertility;
- recording and analysis of agrarian manufacturing technologies of plant cultivation production, fields passports;
- development of tasks and records field forms of agrarian-technological operations;
- giving normative-reference data;
- giving current agrarian-technological data;
- receiving data from meteorological data, price monitoring data, real and normative-legislative changes and regulations;
- monitoring and control of technological passport.
Block of planning, recording and analysis
Planning:
- production size planning (calculation) of crops;
- development (specification / adaptation) of crops technological maps and fields linkage in accordance with crop rotation;
- definition of need in farm machinery, fuels and lubricants; mineral and organic fertilizers; means of plants protection; labor force;
- planning of production cost price, current and total budgets;
- development of operating plans and tasks.
Recording and reporting:
- tasks and records of technological operations fulfillment in accordance with technological map;
- recording executed work on fields and crops in whole;
- recording of production gathered from the fields; working hours on days; available machinery and its use; pesticides; fertilizers; fuels and lubricants;
- reporting; crop capacity on fields and crops, croppage, crops, graded composition, fertilizers and plants protection introduction, financial indices (with visualization of economic activity results by means of GIS).
Analysis:
- operating plan – real analysis of performed work and production characteristics;
- operating plan – real analysis of financial characteristics;
- factor analysis.
Block of agrarian-production terms
Land use, crop rotation, crops, grades, pesticides and fertilizers, level of resource supply:
- definition of crops and grade composition;
- definition of land composition and structure;
- definition of crop rotation and sequence in crop rotation on the basis of operative rules and regulations (both legislative and scientific);
- definition of cultivation areas structure;
- definition of recommended agrarian technologies taking into account expected economic characteristics and production quality.
Soils:
- definition of soils suitability groups for crops cultivation;
- definition of land sizes and distribution: on slopes steepness; erosion; hydromorphic;
- introduction of soils agrochemical characteristics;
- creation of field passport.
Agrometeorological terms:
- input of air temperature data (every ten days, monthly, yearly);
- definition of active and efficient temperatures sum;
- input of precipitation data (every ten days, monthly, yearly);
- definition of efficient moisture reserve.
Block of agrarian forecast
Forecast of phases of crops growth and biometric characteristics, planning of basic argotechnological operations:
- input of data on projective surface, seeding density, plants phytomass, cone number in the ear (for crops), infestation type, damage made by depredators, affections;
- definition of need in fertilizers by different methods;
- definition of humus, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium balance;
- to inform about the phase of crops growth and plan necessary agrotechnological operations based on reference data (seeding time, temperatures sum, level of moisture supply) and input correction data.
Crop capacity forecasting:
- definition of biological possible crop capacity;
- definition of crop capacity taking into account NDVI index.
Block of normative-reference data
- normative-legislative documentation of crop sector regulation;
- grades, pesticides, fertilizers; batteries in mineral and organic fertilizers, fertilizer mixtures; reactant in pesticides;
- agrotehnologies and suitable economic standards;
- recommended standards of introduction of organic and mineral fertilizers, bacterial preparations, miocrofertilizers under the crops depending on zone; standards of seed quantity per hectare, recommended standards for certain grade;
- mechanical structure of soils;
- factors of use of nutrition elements form the soil;
- factors of use of nutrition elements from organic and mineral fertilizers;
- nutrition elements carrying-out with the harvest.
Block of geoinformational modeling and data processing
- reflection of spatial data, import-export;
- input and editing of spatial and attributive data;
- data conversion (conversion (export/import) of data from GIS formats into the own format. There must be convectors from DXF, SHP and other formats in the system);
- data conversion (spatial data from WGS-84 format, Gauss-Kruger projections and back);
- image processing (possibility of raster images load into the system with their further linkage and morphing into different coordinate systems);
- spatial analysis:
- land surface on the slopes (according to isogypsum or reference surveying points set), suitability definition of fields use in different production needs (type of agricultural holdings, analysis of water yield when precipitations, analysis of slopes illumination with the sun, etc.);
- temperature mode, precipitations, wind direction for the given areas during the certain period of time);
- environment analysis including distance analysis – definition of the shortest way or definition of the cheapest way, creation of buffer zones (including restrictions and encumbrance – sanitary protection zones, zones around power lines, gas pipelines, etc.); analysis of indices distribution (re-classification); cartographic algebra (use of regression and multiple regressions equations ); surface analysis (slopes, expositions, interpolations – IDW, spline, ordinary kriging).
System introduction allows:
- increasing labour productivity when performing basic operations;
- receiving data on fields condition quickly;
- increasing crop capacity;
- increasing plan quality taking into account available resource and technical supply;
- starting accurate farming.
